Tiny house restaurants, bars, cafes, boutiques, markets, Sunday Farmer’s Market, etc. It is located a few minutes away from places such as. The tiny house is also located in the famous Alki Beach & Lincoln Park. Downtown Seattle is a quick drive / bus / water taxi away.
Tipsy the Tiny House offers a unique experience while exploring the city of Seattle. Built by your hosts Chad and Lindsay who are obsessed with every detail. Chad, a licensed architect and general contractor in Seattle, is an ideal tiny house for those who want modern interior design with its simple and minimalist structure.

Some highlights of the tiny house:

-Cladded in reclaimed wood, giving it a rustic/modern aesthetic.
-Metal roof (great for listening to the rain!)
-Electric fireplace with modern display and lots of heat!
-Queen bed with 4 pillows and extra blankets in the closet
-Two large skylights
-Bathroom includes a fully-enclosed shower , a fully plumbed toilet , a sink.
-The kitchen includes a compact fridge, induction stove
