Newly renovated off the grid solar powered modified A-frame, set on a private road in the heart of the Catskills. The house features a chef’s kitchen, two full bedrooms, two private baths with soaking tubs as well as a very comfortable, cozy, open floor plan.
Outside features include a fire pit, large steel drum bbq grill, an extra long picnic table and screened in gazebo as well as a small spring fed pond and endless wooded views in the back yard.
Sprawling two acres of deeply wooded Catskill forests with a lovely spring feed pond and outdoor seating area with gazebo. The house features many modern amenities and upgrades including a large, newly renovated chef’s kitchen with a Subzero fridge and Thermador stove. We also have two fully renovated bathrooms.
Guests have access to the full house, two acres of wooded property with outdoor gazebo, picnic table, spring fed pond and much more!
