The Tiny House movement is gaining popularity world wide as people look to reduce their environmental footprint, experience affordable housing and de-clutter (good luck with that one).
It’s natural then that Mowbray Park FarmStay, the 2017 NSW Business Chamber Regional Winner for Sustainability, should join the movement and offer this experience for you.
We call our Tiny Houses ‘Paperbark Cottages’. They sit above our orchard overlooking the farm, facing east so you will enjoy the beautiful sunrise’s as you watch the cattle wandering across the pastures.
Each cottage has everything you need for a break away from the city hustle and bustle. Big Tiny have designed them well with a kitchen, bathroom, lounge (which folds down as king single bed) a comfy queen bed in the loft as well as A/C , heating, and TV / DVD.
Although you do your own catering we leave fresh local milk in the fridge as well as drinking water ready for you. As you step outside – your BBQ awaits. Sit yourself down enjoying your favorite wine (BYO), some snacks and the view.

The huge bonus is that Paperbark Cottages are on a working farm, with cattle, sheep, horses and many more animals. Our Daily Activity Program is included in your pricing.
If you’re looking for some free time activities we have a tennis court, swimming pool, an archery range, you can go fishing, bring a bicycle, go canoeing, take a bush walk. Make sure you get a copy of our visitors guide from the office, there is lots to see and do around the Wollondilly Area.
Pricing
The price to stay is $240.00 per night 2 adults & 1 infant under 2 years. A child aged between 2 and 13 is an extra cost of $60.00 per night. We have a 2 night minimum, and 3 nights for NSW Long weekends.
If you would like us to provide bed linen and bathroom towels, select that option when you make your booking. The cost is $10 per person.
