Tiny House with Two-Story Natural Stone Cladding

Hi Everybody
We continue to discover for you. Our tiny house on today’s tour is from Santa Cruz la Laguna, Sololá Department, Guatemala.

The name of our project today is La Fortuna. The house is one of 5 private bungalow houses located on the shore of Atitlan Lake. The house, located among greenery, consists of two floors.
An important feature of the hotel is a true eco-hotel. The hotel uses solar energy and is independent from the grid. Local materials were preferred for the construction of the house and local craftsmen worked in the construction.

It draws attention with the stone flooring used on the exterior of the house and the Balinese-style roof made of thatched. Enjoy rejuvenation in the pool and sun loungers with a magnificent lake view outside.

There is a seating and dining area on the ground floor of the house. The interior of the house is furnished in different styles. There is a large gray armchair and wooden coffee table in the living area.

The boat, which is placed upside down on the seating area, and the stone details preferred on the walls, and the tropical and sea breezes are reflected in the interior design.

There is a magnificent bathroom on the ground floor of the house. The wooden staircase used for the exit on the upper floor is another remarkable detail in the interior design of the house with its different structure.

Upstairs is a bedroom with a very large king-size bed and a private balcony. In the sitting area on the balcony, you can sip your wine while enjoying the magnificent lake view.
